By using Aura AI and the Aura Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. License to Use

Aura AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Aura Hub and Unity plugin for personal or professional game development, subject to your subscription tier.

3. Prompt Quotas

Usage is limited by the prompt quotas assigned to your subscription tier. Abusing the service or attempting to bypass quotas is grounds for termination.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all code and assets generated through Aura AI. Aura AI does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aura AI is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any bugs, data loss, or game project corruption resulting from the use of AI-generated code.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
